“It’s a pretty unique location.” 

We had an amazing few days enjoying Table House. It's a pretty unique location (the views, the privacy, the secluded beach etc) and the house has been really well thought through for visitors. The instructions we received were fulsome and clear. Wendy was proactive when we arrived and offered us help / advice throughout the stay. The equipment level in the kitchen was great and the food/ingredients/condiments left made things that bit easier for us. It's a wonderful place to stay and discover very special part of Tasmania. We thoroughly recommend it!

“We loved the framed views, the peace and tranquillity.”

An excellent venue for a family gathering or intimate event…. Upon arrival my niece was pleasantly overwhelmed, walking around and saying "Wow, this place is amazing". We loved the framed views, the peace and tranquillity and the special ambience that the house offers. There are quiet areas to retreat to. The kitchen is as well appointed as a commercial kitchen. All appliances had excellent explanations on how to operate them. The house is conveniently located, not far from restaurants and other tourism destinations….. A special place with special memories! “The grandeur of the beautifully designed home is hard to believe.”

One of the best experiences of our life. This place is truly hard to put into words. The grandeur of the beautifully designed and appointed home is hard to believe. The location on Table Cape and the views out to the Bass Straight and the surrounding rolling green hills are breathtaking. With regards the house itself, they have literally thought of everything! The layout with the 4 bedrooms (2 each side) and 2 extra powder rooms is perfect for either a large family or bigger groups. You all have your own space with your own ensuites. The bedrooms are all extremely large with equally beautiful outlooks. The main living area with a fire place and high ceilings as the focal point is such a great spot to all gather. The kitchen is commercial grade so it has literally everything to cater for a very large group. We cannot say enough about this amazing place!!  Kurt, January 2024, Townsville

“Views are fabulous and sunrises and sunsets were spectacular.”

The house did not disappoint, we drove up the most fabulous driveway with the most awesome view, and then the house appeared!! …. The house is extremely well organized and stocked with everything you could possibly want, and so comfortable….also perfectly warm and had a well stocked fire place, that we enjoyed immensely. The views are fabulous and the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular….The town and airport are close by, but you feel you are completely removed from the rest of the world. A wonderful home in a special location. There is lots to explore nearby but really, you won’t want to leave. Immaculate spacious and stylish home with spectacular ocean views. Walking through the front door was an absolute treat! Excellent well stocked chefs kitchen. Four large beautifully appointed bedrooms all with modern bright bathrooms ensuite. Expansive and elegant lounge and dining area. Fabulous arrangements of fresh flowers and a delicious cheese platter are just a few of the special touches that made us feel so welcome. I cannot recommend Table House Farm highly enough. Our group of 6 recently stayed atTable House for a week to further our annual tour around Tasmania. The accomodation was superb and the setting very beautiful . Experience best of the Farm stay Plus Ocean views . Definitely the premier accommodation of north west . We got on the Tree top, went to the private beach for a dip very exciting trek down there & spent time to meet the sheep & small friendly lambs . Had best of weather with bit of rain & coziness along with bursts of sunshine with deep blue ocean views . Very spacious interiors and well stocked pantry. Top deck area is a really nice chillout zone for some drinks & views. Hospitable hosts Alan & Wendy make sure you’re enjoying your stay. “The house offers so much that we stayed on the property.”

Words can't begin to describe the hospitality that we received from Wendy and Alan at their magnificent house and what a beautiful home it is!! We were greeted on our arrival by our hosts including their beloved dog Nutball together with flowers namely Tulips, a platter of various cheeses/dips and wine. The house offers so much that we stayed on the property for the duration of our stay, soaking up our tranquil surroundings, wonderful views and sunsets. Table Farm is idyllic and the perfect get away for a group of 4 couples. The house is set up for perfect privacy in the separate bedrooms (each with own ensuites. There is nothing the hosts have not thought of. Perfect getaway for summer - think croquet and Pimms on the lawn overlooking Bass strait and NW Tasmanian coastline OR games inside around an fire. The house was modern and clean, in a beautiful position on Table Cape with the most spectacular outlook. The hosts were accommodating and present, however, never intrusive. An ensuite for each couple was great. A fridge with drinks and a cheese platter on arrival hit the mark. The local knowledge of the hosts was helpful to point us in the right direction. As a group of 8 we choose a holiday location in Tasmania each year, this was our 11th year - Table House Farm met all of our expectations and more. No-one drew the short straw with bedrooms as they were all equally appointed each with separate bathrooms - 2 powder rooms - huge living area and a fabulous kitchen space and the Tower for cards and cocktails! “Our stay could not be more enjoyable.”

What a location, what an amazing place to stay. Whilst the location offers peaceful solitude so does this wonderful house. Three couples shared the space for two glorious days , yet each of us had a place we could chill out by ourselves if we wanted to. By the fire , no problems , reading a book in the west end snug or enjoying the views and a drink looking out over Bass Strait in the tower. Each of the four separate bedrooms were large , fresh crisp linens , heated bathroom floors , really well appointed.  Wendy and Allen were gracious hosts sealing our welcome with a wonderful cheese board and free mini bar in the Tower. The Devils Corner bubbly was superb
Our stay could not be more enjoyable.  We’ve decided this is now to be a yearly event.

Table Cape house was amazing! Spacious, clean and with a fantastic kitchen. Wendy had great advice for all the local attractions and was only a phone call away if we needed anything at all. Wynyard isn't far away for getting supplies. The house was centrally heated and warm throughout. Beautiful artwork everywhere. There is even access to a very secluded beach, which would be a great spot for a fish, picnic or a swim if it was a tad warmer. Would be a great spot for families or groups of friends.

I had a magical stay at Wendy and Alan's property. The location was absolutely breathtaking as well as being within day trip's reach of so many beaustul destinations and the wonderful shops and cafes of Wynyard. The cabin was immaculately clean, warm, cozy and comfortable. Wendy greeted me on arrival and was the warmest host, genuinely caring that I had everything I needed at the cabin (which I did) and that I was getting along well. I will savour the memories I made while enjoying the privilege of staying in this beautiful location.

“The kitchen was the absolute star feature.”

We expected Table House to be an outstanding property, but it was even better than any of us could have imagined.  As 4 couples, we gathered, which we do yearly, from Tasmania & Melbourne for time together catching up on life, cooking up a storm & enjoying some lovely wines for 3 nights over Easter. We were greeted by Wendy & Alan, our thoughtful & engaging hosts, they provided fresh veges & goodies from their garden, while the upstairs sunset room was stunning for just that, watching the amazing sun set over the beautiful coastline & Table Cape with a little G & T. We played Croquet on the beautiful lawns, relaxed by the fire, walked to the dam for some platypus spotting & Alan had the fishing lines out for us to use also. Did not quite make it for fishing, but next time for sure. A truly relaxing & exceptionally comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable, bedrooms & ensuites very well appointed & styled. The living room has 2 areas for dining, 2 sitting areas & a beautiful wood fire place, all exceptionally inviting. The kitchen was the absolute star feature for us as passionate cooks, beyond our wildest dreams. Absolutely everything you could want. Thank you Wendy & Alan, it was a total pleasure to meet you both, stay at Table House & we cant wait to return again. Kind Regards from us all.

“What a location, what a view!”

Wow, what a location, what a view! This beautiful property was everything we hoped for and more. It had all the amenities you could ask for and the extra little touches that Alan and Wendy included were perfect. We had a two night stay were we did a spot of morning yoga overlooking Bass Strait and then hosted a small event in the afternoon on the lawns - we were blessed with fantastic weather and Wendy was fabulous if offering any assistance needed for our event. We really couldn’t of asked for a better stay. Highly recommend.

“Beautiful and unique property”

Alan and Wendy have a beautiful and unique property which was perfect to stay in for 2 nights during my recent trip of North West Tasmania. The studio is lovely, with a comfortable bed and lots of thoughtful touches like fresh tulips, fruit, tea and milk. The location is excellent - quiet and peaceful, yet close to Wynyard for supplies and only a few minutes to the tulip farm, lighthouse, and lookout. I loved wandering around the farm, watching the calves, counting all the different birds, listening to the waves, and watching the sea mist roll in. Wendy was a kind and respectful host and gave me a tour of the main house which looked wonderful for a group. The farm is also home to the most beautiful and gentle dog ever! What a dream.
