Living & Dining Room
Sit around a central fire, watching a DVD or Netflix, or listening to your favourite music through our integrated sound system. Play cards or games at the eastern end of the room, or read a book and have a cup of tea in the conversation corner at the western end. Then come together for meals at a long communal table.
Four private Bathrooms
The bathrooms are modern and comfortable with under-floor heating. The master bathroom has a bath. Wallow in it and watch the moon rise and sparkle over the ocean - or spot the wallabies in the paddocks below. You won’t want to get out.
Four Large Bedrooms
There are four bedroom wings with en-suite bathrooms, all very generous in size and all with magnificent views. The East wing rooms (two bedrooms and a powder room) are separated from the West wing rooms (two bedrooms and a powder room) by an internal courtyard so they are all well separated from each other ensuring maximum privacy. You will enjoy the best sleep in very comfortable king size beds. In one room the bed can be separated into two singles. There’s plenty of wardrobe space too, so you can unpack your bags and enjoy your spacious rooms
Tariff: Flat rate for up to 8 people
Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights $1200
Monday – Thursday nights $1000
Cleaning and laundry fee $320
Minimum 2-night stay or minimum 3-night stay over long weekends.
Terms: To secure the booking we require payment of the first night’s accommodation, refundable up until 1 month prior to arrival less $200 service fee. The balance plus the security bond is payable two weeks before arrival and thereafter in the event of cancellation is non-refundable aside from the security bond and cleaning and laundry fee.
